MDF RAW Fiberboard – “Raw”

The Fibreboards Medium density fiberboard (MDF – bare) produced at the Alfa Wood Group factory in Grevena, are wood panels consisting of glued wood fibers. They are industrially produced by bonding thin layers of wood particles with synthetic resins by applying strong pressure and temperature.

Very good finish, Durable edges, Perfect mechanical properties and elasticity, Perfect surface quality, Moisture resistance.

Applications: Furniture, Doors, Frame shops.

Advantages: MDF is an ideal substitute for wood, it can be machined in any way, to give any desired contour, curve or carving and because of the good and smooth surface it can be finished and coated with various coatings (veneer, varnishes, lacquers etc.) adding extra durability as well as resistance to UV radiation.

Storage Method / Conditions:
Store in covered dry areas. Fibreboards should be kept for 48 h in the environmental conditions of the space to be used (before processing).
